{"id":3267,"date":"2025-09-12T20:03:42","date_gmt":"2025-09-12T20:03:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.conursing.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=3267"},"modified":"2025-09-12T20:03:42","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T20:03:42","slug":"college-of-nursing-the-relationship-between-resilience-treatment-adherence-and-self-care-among-adult-heart-failure-patients","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.conursing.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=3267","title":{"rendered":"College of Nursing The relationship between resilience, treatment adherence and self-care among adult heart failure patients"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"model-response-message-contentr_4d60fc7bbec07d8e\" class=\"markdown markdown-main-panel enable-updated-hr-color\" dir=\"rtl\">\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The College of Nursing in Baghdad discussed a master&#8217;s thesis entitled &#8220;The relationship between commitment and adherence to self-treatment among patients with good health deficiencies,&#8221; by student Mahmoud Rashid Hamoud under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Widad Kamel Mohammed in the college&#8217;s specialized department<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The thesis targeted an examination among patients with positive health inertia. The study observed that their psychological impact does indeed affect the patient&#8217;s treatment and behaviors regarding self-care<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">One of the most notable findings studied was the lack of systematic final elimination in the management of the causes of heart failure, through nursing effects and patient education. The researcher received a &#8220;B&#8221; for his dissertation<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This study contributes to the focus on advancing key development goals, particularly Goal 3 (health and well-being), by expanding the key functions of nutritional factors in improving health outcomes for patients. Severe delays in heart failure patients not only affect their treatment adherence, but also improve their quality of life and their ability to better cope with their condition.
