The thesis aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a guidance program designed to increase the knowledge of individuals with neck disability on self-correction exercises.<\/p>\n
The study concluded that the counseling program effectively contributed to enhancing the patients’ knowledge of corrective exercises, which reflects positively on their ability to deal with neck pain and improve their quality of life.<\/p>\n
The study recommended that employees in the government sector should be made more aware of the health risks associated with prolonged use of electronic devices, with practical guidelines to maintain proper posture and ergonomic practices during work, for which the researcher received a “very good” grade.<\/p>\n
These recommendations are in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 3 on ensuring that everyone enjoys healthy lifestyles and well-being at all ages, as keeping employees healthy and productive is a key pillar for achieving a sustainable work environment and a healthier society.<\/p>\n
