The thesis aimed to evaluate the relationship between indoor environmental quality and patient satisfaction with the quality of nursing care in cardiac care units. The study revealed important findings, showing that the overall level of patient satisfaction with the quality of nursing care was good, as was the level of indoor environmental quality. More importantly, the study found a highly statistically significant relationship between indoor environmental quality and patient satisfaction, confirming that patients are more satisfied when the environment in which they receive care is comfortable and of good quality<\/p>\n
One of the most important recommendations of the study is that hospitals should focus on improving the indoor environment in critical care units. This includes vital aspects such as improving lighting, ventilation, temperature, noise reduction, and general cleanliness. These factors directly contribute to increasing patient satisfaction with the quality of nursing care provided. The researcher received high praise for his research efforts.<\/p>\n
This study is a valuable addition to sustainable development efforts in the healthcare sector. By emphasizing the fundamental relationship between indoor environment quality and patient satisfaction, the thesis highlights the importance of investing in improving care environments as an integral part of providing high-quality healthcare. Providing comfortable and supportive treatment environments not only boosts patient morale and speeds up recovery, but also enhances the long-term efficiency of healthcare systems. This approach is fully aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), by ensuring that everyone has access to quality healthcare and sustainable healing environments that benefit society as a whole.<\/p>\n
