Within the framework of cooperation between universities, the Training and Qualification Unit at the College of Nursing, University of Baghdad, in cooperation with Tikrit University – College of Science, organized an electronic training workshop for students entitled (Educational and training platforms and their role in developing soft and hard skills) on the Google Meet program on Tuesday, 8\/6\/2024. At nine o’clock in the evening.<\/p>\n
Dr. Bushra Ali Kadhim from Tikrit University – College of Science lectured at the workshop, the workshop aimed to comprehensively introduce the most important educational and training platforms and how to use them to develop the soft and hard skills of students and graduates.<\/p>\n
The workshop included several topics: an introduction to the meaning of developing skills among employees and students, its importance and benefits that are reflected in the institution for which they work. The second topic included a definition of the term educational and training platforms, while the last topic addressed the types of soft and hard skills and how to develop them.<\/p>\n
The lecturer \u00a0at the workshop recommended the need to develop hard and soft skills among employees, students and graduates before putting them into the labor market, including leadership skills, effective communication, body language, project management, and a wise time management policy by introducing them to educational and training platforms and training them in the correct scientific manner, which will have an impact on the institutions that They work by increasing productivity and efficiency, improving the quality of work, enhancing creativity and innovation, increasing customer satisfaction, enhancing institutional excellence, increasing opportunities for promotion and professional growth, and enhancing team spirit and cooperation among the organization\u2019s employees.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
