entitled (Irritable bowel syndrome, symptoms and causes)<\/p>\n<p>It was delivered by Dr. Ban Hussein Hamidi, in the presence of a number of professors of the College of Nursing, on Thursday, January 11, 2024, in the continuing education hall in the College of Nursing.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop aimed to learn about irritable bowel syndrome, what its causes are, and what are the most important methods used to control and reduce this common health condition.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop also included several topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Definition of irritable bowel syndrome and what are the most important types of irritable bowel syndrome<\/li>\n<li>The most important causes of irritable bowel syndrome<\/li>\n<li>Who are the people most susceptible to this syndrome?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>She invited the researcher to the workshop<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow a diet to reduce this condition<\/li>\n<li>Do sports and walk for half an hour daily<\/li>\n<li>Drink sufficient amounts of water daily<\/li>\n<li>Reducing anxiety and stress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop
