The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled (Adapting to the Changes of Menopause) on the virtual platform (Google Meet) in the presence of a number of faculty members, primary and graduate students, and college employees.<\/p>\n
The workshop aimed to introduce the menopause stage and how to adapt to the symptoms of menopause<\/p>\n
The workshop also included topics on the transitional stage, which is the period before menopause, the physical and psychological changes of women during this stage, the symptoms they suffer from. Also, the pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments to adapt to this stage.<\/p>\n
In the end of the workshop, the speakers recommend the women to adhere to a healthy lifestyle, such as maintaining an normal weight, sleeping well, eating healthy foods, and exercising to reduce the symptoms of menopause.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
