The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad organized a workshop entitled (Heart sounds) in the presence of a number of teachers and students of primary and higher studies Google Meet( ..On the virtual platform.
\nThe workshop was targeted .To identify the sounds that come from the heart in normal cases, which is the sound of “lap – DAP”, which is the sound of the heart valves closing as they push blood from the inside of the heart to the outside and from the outside of the heart to the inside. But, the heart may have a slightly different sound, a sound that defines a heart tone, such as a ringing or hissing sound, and is caused by an abnormal movement of blood in the heart. The patient may develop this defect from birth or at a later stage of his life
\nThe workshop dealt with several topics, the most important of which are the natural heart sounds, systolic murmurs, their causes, forms, places where we hear and systolic murmurs, their causes, forms and places where we hear . Listening to the sounds of the heart and distinguishing between the first sound and the second sound, it was confirmed to hear and form a systolic heart murmur in the case of aortic valve stenosis, coronal valve incompetence and aortic valve prolapse
\nIn the workshop, the researcher called for the importance of nurses hearing the heart murmur during the physical examination.For the patient, this is because the heart murmur is a sound made by the disturbed blood flow inside the heart, sometimes this sound that the nurse can hear with the stethoscope may be a sign of problems inside the heart.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
