{"id":1089,"date":"2023-07-11T09:45:09","date_gmt":"2023-07-11T09:45:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/en.conursing.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=1089"},"modified":"2023-07-11T09:45:09","modified_gmt":"2023-07-11T09:45:09","slug":"the-college-of-nursing-discusses-the-relationship-between-fear-of-infection-and-quality-of-care-among-nurses-in-the-emergency-department","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/en.conursing.uobaghdad.edu.iq\/?p=1089","title":{"rendered":"The College of Nursing discusses The Relationship between Fear of Infection and Quality of Care among Nurses in the Emergency Department"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the master&#8217;s thesis\/ tagged the relationship between fear of infection and quality of care among nurses in the emergency department for the student \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Haidar Hatif Abar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The aim of the <\/strong>thesis is to assess nurses&#8217; infection fears and evaluate the quality of care, determine the relationship between fear of infection and the quality of care.<\/p>\n<p>The letter also included the thesis to indicated that 50.4% of nurses experience moderate fear of infection, and 72% show a fair quality of care. The study&#8217;s results showed no significant relationship between nurses&#8217; fears of infection and the quality of care they provided. There was also no significant relationship between the nurses&#8217; socio-demographic characteristics and the quality of care they gave.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The most important recommendations reached by the study:<\/strong> Enabling nurses to become more aware and prepared to confront the epidemic or infection by implementing a teaching and practicing program to prevent and control virus transmission
