The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the master’s thesis tagged Psychosocial Problems and Its Relationship with\u00a0\u00a0 Life Satisfaction among Elderly for the student Eman Hussein Nassir.<\/p>\n
The aim of the <\/strong>study <\/strong>is to investigate the psychosocial problems among elderly and its relationship to their life satisfaction.<\/p>\n
The letter also included the thesis to that psychological problems such as depression, loneliness, and anxiety negatively affect life satisfaction in the elderly, and that perceived social support is one of the main predicted variables in improving life satisfaction among the elderly.<\/p>\n
The most important recommendations reached by the study:<\/strong> The results obtained in this study are particularly important to highlight the importance of social support by institutions, social activities, and families for nursing homes so that the elderly do not feel lonely and have psychological problems.
