The Faculty of Nursing at Baghdad University discussed the master’s thesis \u00a0tagged The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Psychological Hardiness among Nurses\u00a0 for the student Noor Ali Hassan.<\/p>\n
The aim of the message<\/strong> study is to assess the level of emotional intelligence, psychological hardiness, and measure the correlation between the two constructs.<\/p>\n
The letter also included the thesis to that the majority of nurses had moderate levels of emotional intelligence and psychological hardiness, with a strong positive correlation between the two. The study also identified that age, marital status, workplace, and years of experience affected the domain of general mood in emotional intelligence, while gender and nursing qualifications influenced adaptability. However, no significant difference was found between personal characteristics and overall psychological hardiness scores.<\/p>\n
The most important recommendations reached by the study:<\/strong> These findings suggest that enhancing emotional intelligence skills among nurses may lead to greater psychological hardiness and better coping strategies for managing workplace stress.
